Stretching


Stretching:   Stretching is an integral part of what we do at Pilates of New Paltz, but is not done without careful assessment of the needs of each individual client.  Over stretching and stretching of unsupported muscle can lead to further injury.  Our highly experienced and skilled instructors know how to use stretching techniques in a Pilates program that also included strengthening, balance, and control exercises as a means of developing the ultimate in body health and alignment.
