Elaine Mason Hay
Elaine truly enjoys teaching Pilates and brings this enthusiasm to her classes. For over 15 years, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to meeting the individual needs of our clients.
Elaine earned her certification in Pilates in 2001. She was very fortunate to receive her training and certification from Master Instructor Romana Kryzanowska, who worked directly with Joseph H. Pilates. Elaine has since worked with several Master Pilates Instructors, bringing a wealth of experience to our studio.
Elaine loves living in the Hudson Valley of New York where she enjoys hiking, kayaking,camping, snow shoeing and gardening.
