Core Conditioning


Core Conditioning:  Developing a physique that has a strong , stable core is the hallmark of the Pilates Method.  The instructors at Pilates of New Paltz are experts at  strengthening the core musculature and teaching  how to use that strength within the vast human movement vocabulary.  Through core strengthening posture is improved and daily activities become easier and more pleasurable.  Athletic activities such as running, horseback riding,and dancing improve as the body learns to move with support and precision
