Mat/TRX/Tower Classes


NOTE: We are currently not offering any mat classes. Please continue to check in with us as these classes will begin again sometime in the fall of 2021. However, private and small group reformer classes are running. Unvaccinated individuals are required to use masks. Zoom classes are also being offered and can be accessed by emailing (pilatesnewpaltz@yahoo.com) or texting (845-255-0559) the studio with your email address to be placed on the zoom link email list.
