Group Pilates classes


Pilates of New Paltz offers several types of group classes which are offered daily both in a set schedule and an appointment format. These classes include tower, mat, and reformer. Please see the schedule page for current group class times for the mat and tower.

Our reformer classes are scheduled at the discretion of the instructor. We are careful to place people in these classes as appropriate for their level of experience and ability.

Group classes can be arranged at additional times with a minimum of three participants. We are open seven days a week.
