Elise Bacon has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since1993, initially using her massage education to expand her understanding of the body o as to deepen her application of the Pilates Method. Using the combination of Pilates to strengthen underused/overstretched muscles and massage to release the overused, tight muscles is the best formula for creating the optimal healthy movement patterns. Clients experience a greater range of motion where it is needed, and better support and control in critical areas-specifically the body's "core" muscles.
